What's needed
- ✓A registered ABN for your business
- ✓Current council registration, notification or approval for your food business and premises
- ✓A current inspection report and Food Safety Supervisor certificate where your council or food-business classification requires them
- ✓Current business insurance evidence. The required cover is confirmed during onboarding for your premises and trading locations
- ✓Food safety and allergen accuracy on your own menu, which stays your responsibility as it does today
- ✓A bank account for weekly payouts, every Tuesday
- ✓A phone you can keep nearby during service, for order alerts
In Robinvale, mobile vendors use FoodTrader and need the council permissions that apply to each trading location. In Euston, food businesses need Balranald Shire approval. A home kitchen must already be approved for the food it prepares. Swoot does not replace council approval or an inspection.
