What we collect

We collect only what is needed to run a delivery or a ride:

• Name, phone number, and email address
• Delivery or pickup addresses, including any notes you add
• Order history and payment confirmation, not full card details, which are handled directly by our payment processor
• Messages you send through in-app chat during an active order
• Your approximate location, only while an order is active, so a rider can find you and you can track your delivery

What we don't collect

We do not ask for information we don't need. We do not build an advertising profile of you, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

Who sees what

• Merchants see your first name and your order. Nothing more.
• Riders see your delivery address and your first name. Your phone number is shared only while an order is active, is removed from their device once it's complete, and every time it's shared is logged.
• Payment providers (Stripe) process your payment directly. We do not store your full card number.
• Messaging providers send SMS verification codes and order alerts on our behalf.

In-app chat

Messages between you and a rider during an order are kept only as long as needed to resolve a dispute about that order, then deleted on a regular schedule. We do not keep a running chat history beyond that purpose.

Where your data is stored

Our systems run on infrastructure that may process or store data outside Australia. Where this applies, we choose providers with strong security practices, and this policy will name them specifically once finalised.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and dispute purposes, and delete other operational data, like IP addresses logged for abuse prevention, on a short, defined schedule.
